We are a small business, and we believe that even small businesses must play their roles to ensure our communities and our wider planet fare towards a brighter, better, and more sustainable future. It is our imperative to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and we also do what we can to be a part of number of initiatives that help our society achieve broader sustainability goals.

Reduce, re-use and re-cycle - we’re doing our part! We used to serve complimentary water in rooms, the water that was packaged in single-use plastic. We have stopped using such single-use plastic packaging and we are now offering glass water bottles and encouraging our guests to use tap water which is of a good quality in our area. The villa has a water filter as well, which makes tap water of even better quality. We do not serve any single-use plastic straws, cups, and lids. We aim to achieve an objective where all such items in the villa are multiple use, that they can be washed, sanitized, and re-used.

As water becomes scarcer across the globe, we are making an ongoing commitment to reduce our water consumption. Please try as much as you can, to conserve and save water. This means, turning off water taps while you are brushing your teeth, being economical when taking a shower, and in general not overusing water, which is a scarce resource.

The villa uses its power from 14kW solar on-grind power installation which is placed on the flat roof of the building. This resource produces completely ‘green energy’ and this is especially useful during the Summer months, when there is a lot of sun available. This practically means that during your stay, especially in summer months, your air-conditioning, your water heating, and a large part of your cooking, lights, swimming pool filtration and heating, uses the power of the sun which we convert into electricity, on site of the villa. All energy needs of the villa are fulfilled completely through electric power. There is no power in the villa, which is directly created by use or burning of any sort of internal combustion fossil fuels. This includes lawn mowing, which is also completely electrical and mostly solar powered.

We’ve implemented initiatives to limit our impact on the environment. There are numerous light sources in the villa, which are all installed using the light-emitting diode (LED) technology, offering a fraction of the energy consumption of a typical halogen light bulb. Very soon, we will also implement the electrical car charging outlet at the villa premises.
Our commitment is to be responsible and sustainable and benefit the environment and the community where we are located. We believe this will contribute to our long-term success. We believe that sustainability must be integrated into all business, and we are committed to continue working on the reduction of all possible negative environmental impacts which may be caused by our operations.
